I usually work hourly or on a clearly scoped estimate, depending on the project. My reference rate is 45 EUR/hour, and I define scope, assumptions and delivery priorities before starting.
Can we work in Italian?
Yes — I am Italian. Calls, briefs, documentation and invoicing (fattura elettronica) all happen in Italian if you prefer. These English pages exist for international teams based in Italy.
